I am a little bummed. I did AWESOME last night in terms of food and appetite. I even worked out on my eliptical. Then I ruined it by going out with an old friend and his group of friends. We went out and I had 2 drinks. That added so many calories! Why did I do that! I even promised myself I wouldn't. I was drinking water all night-so I drank water all night (3 cups) and in between had 2 shots. The only good thing is I managed to drink 5 cups of water yesterday-I think the most I've ever drank. Ugh. I'm still bothered by the calorie thing.
