i admit i wasnt on my best behavior with my workouts, but i did NOT indulge in anything unhealthy!! whootwhoot!!! So i weighed myself this morning...and drumroll...lost a little over 4 lbs!!! thats wonderful!! i am finally below 200(barely) but i am there and thats what counts! i amdetermined to not let myself get above 200 this week. Except for the last month or so i have played the yoyo game between weight 200 and 203! finally my hard work is paying off. I cant believe that in a few weeks i might be at 190!! and then going down hill from there!!!
I have also realized that workingout isnt everything! i was working out 2x a day and sometimes on my lunch. i got burnt out really fast and started to realize that i wasnt spending enough time with the family. so my goal is to workout atleast 30 minutes a day and eat healthy! i am happy with myself and i know i am trying the best that i can!!
