My First week on the WW Diet...

I did loose 3.2 pounds & I am happy about that but I also know this is only the beginning. I saw this cartoon and thought "Isn't that so true. It is only weight." There were no heroics or anything close. Loosing the weight is good but I want to continue to not only loose the weight but work on my overall fitness.
The goal is to keep on a steady course, continue to count my points, and get exercise every day.
Because of all of you, I am more confident today that I will meet my goals.
