I want to work this Challenge simply. I lean towards an "all or nothing" attitude and I tend to start strong (often with unrealistic goals) and lose interest and motivation when the going gets tough.
I am going to lose 15 lbs by the end of this Challenge (5lbs a month).
I'm going to make 2 simple adjustments to my diet and stick with them throughout the Challenge. I'm going to drink 10 glasses of water a day and eat at least 30 grams of fiber and no more than 40 grams of fat per day.
I'm going to continue getting organized with the goal of creating more control and less stress in my daily life.
