So, here's the scoop. I'm 4 days away from my 5th month on Sparks. I came here having lost a bunch of weight on another program. My progress has been slow, but good nonetheless. My story goes like this... never gained weight and could eat anything in any quantity until a few years ago when hormonal changes, stress, and bad eating tidal waved me. A lifelong habit of mine has been eating at night. However, at this 5-month mark, I can feel a new level of determination kicking in and I am ready to get this last 20 lbs off my bones. I've been doing great for the past couple of nights. I'm now making a protein shake that falls within my daily calorie range and that is satisfying my hunger. Hooray, hooray, I'm on my way.
