No WAY that was 3 weeks!!!

Friday, June 19, 2009

It's hard to believe that I left RI on June 1st and I'm already packing up to go home!
I am so grateful for my life and appreciate every minute of it.
Here's tonight's sunset from the balcony of Jasmine Villa:
We don't get sunsets like that in RI!
I have been very active on my vacation.
Here's an empty restaurant where I stop to do wall pushups, yoga poses and stretching when I'm almost home from my walk/run:

My food and, ahem... beverages... oooh, not so good.
I tried tracking everything but that didn't work so I tracked about half of it, or usually at least breakfast and lunch.
This is what I'm up against:
My skinny little sister brought it home from the French bakery.
I posted some new pics in my photo gallery.
There's a few of Lucy- a few with no binkie.
Here's my fave:
What is that baby thinking?
I like to think it is a baby falling in love but probably she's just thinking "Will you wake up already!!?"
I cannot WAIT to see her!
So here's my plan:
I have a LONG travel day and will be home around 3AM Sunday.
I'll crash, drink about a gallon of water, and go see the baby.
Then, on Monday, weigh in (WHY???)
and get back to tracking everything.
I have sparked a tiny bit each day but really miss the daily interactions with all of my wonderful sparkfriends -
yes- that means YOU!
I am so looking forward to catching up with everyone and getting back into sparking.

Elizabeth, so glad you had a great trip. Any more turtle sightings? Rest a bit now that you are home. Give Lucy a huge kiss when you see her. Missed you so much!!

Vacatioms are such fun but it probably will be good to be home and back to a regular routine. The damage won't be too bad because you were active.
Welcome home!
