Well, I am finally at the halfway point. It's been a long time since I've seen a 5 in the middle position on the scale! Funny thing is, the last bit of weight loss happened when I wasn't looking. I've been so busy lately that I haven't had a chance to even log in to SparkPeople, let alone log my fitness and nutrition! That's not to say that I haven't been working out and paying attention to what I eat, mind you. What's really great is that I seem to be back on track! I still check in to make sure I'm not making a pig of myself, and that I'm getting enough exercise, but I actually think that taking my focus away from weight loss for a while (i.e. not OBSESSING) has been the best thing I can do! Now, on to the next 10 pounds!
