I've been able to reach my first goal. I can't believe that I was able to lose 14 lbs. But now that I've done it, I'm not done. My next goal is 5 lbs since it is the summer and it is a little more difficult to stay on track. But my long-term goal is to lose another 15 lbs. I would be back to my college weight. That would be so exciting. I know I can do it!!
