Week 2 Run 1

Week 2 Run 1 - 7/18/06 6:45 am 32 min
Well 90 sec of running is harder than 60 sec! I completed the sequence (90 sec running 2 min of walking.) I took 2min 30 of walking somewhere in the middle because of a hill I did not want to run up. (I know big wimp!) I was huffing and puffing good after my second to last run and I squeezed in the very last one. I'm getting shin pain in one leg when I'm walking. I don't notice it when I'm running. I was happy that I figured out my run so I can be gone the minimum amount of time. Megan had woken up Jeff before I got home but he didn't grumble about being up 10-15 min early.

I'm trying to decide if I should sing up for a 5k on Aug 4th. I'd be about half way through the training program at that point if I don't end up repeating weeks. I still have to sign up for the run that I originally planned to in Sept.
