Sooo....so far; so good since my last blog!

This walking twice a day thing is REALLY seems to be working it 's magic.
Since the 9th of June, I had 8 extra pds to lose from where I hit my platue. And I have walked my butt off since the 9th. I currently have successfully LOST the gain 8 pds...and I am back at my platue weight once again!!!

"Yaaaaa ME!"
I really thought I was going to fail...or that I already did fail and all the weight I did lose...was going to come back to me. Losing what I have gain...sure is a great motivator to keep going once again!

So now...all I need to do is lose 2.5 pds...and i will have passed my platue AND be at a new weight-loss success of 60 pds.
2.5 pds...Goal is one week! This sooooo can be done!

I'll blog again by the 26th to post update...or sooner if I make that 2.5 loss!!!!
