Well, let's work on finishing up day 35. All is well in teddybearville :)

Carbs 48.3% of my meals (should be 50%)
Protein 24.1% of my meals (should be 25%)
Fat 27.6% of my meals (should be 25%)
The 'should be's' are rough estimates and I try to keep my portions for the day in that total.
On spark points page, click on the Run Report underlined in red and you can
see lots of neat things. The variety of foods you are getting. I really like looking at that one. I want a variety of foods to make up my menu's so I get lots of the vitamins and minerals my body needs. I think I do a really good job at that.
Today fish was my largest calories category with 12.4%. Look at it, if you haven't and see if you are eating only one or 2 things a day. Today I had 21 different food items.
It also breaks down calories by meals. Each graft I find quite interesting.
But the bottom one I really watch to get my 50/25/25. Most days I'm pretty close as you can see.
Well, that about does it for day 35. I walked 3.6 miles today made up of 2 walks.
I pray that each of you has a successful day tomorrow, weather it's day 1, starting over again or day 100, at or near goal.
