I missed my workout yesterday... had to leave home early and had a dr's appt, which is 1.5 hrs from home-spent 3 hrs on the road.

This morning, I did complete the basic plus workout and added the lunge sequence, balance sequence including the puppet pulls and the arm sequence from the total workout. I had my HRM on during this time and was amazed that the results indicated 36 minutes in my target heart rate zone! This workout is cardio and not just toning. The exercises seem simple but it gets the heart rate up there or at least it gets mine up:) HRM also showed that I burned 377 calories! I tried not to pause too many times so that it would be an accurate monitoring. I was pleased to get toning and cardio completed with just this workout!

    Great job on sticking with the program! I hope you are able to see that desired inch loss, too! Either way, it sounds like you are getting healthier and that's what's most important!

I'm really impressed with your results on your HRM! I will have to try it again. I haven't found that my HR goes up very far and I burn closer to 100 calories, and I don't think I ever reach my target heart rate zone. I don't really know what I'm doing wrong, but I'm pretty sure I have my HRM set-up right. I don't have the TWO, but I do have the BWO and the Ladybug WO, as well as the MORE WO. I think they are all have similar moves with minor variations (except the BWO is only the first half of the others). Wish I knew how to crank up the HR when I'm doing these exercises! I do like the other benefits I get from T-Tapp, though, and I continue to do the stomach routine found on the CD in the book.

It is very inspiring to see your progress with this program! I'm going to give the Ladybug workout another go today.
