I missed my workout yesterday... had to leave home early and had a dr's appt, which is 1.5 hrs from home-spent 3 hrs on the road.
This morning, I did complete the basic plus workout and added the lunge sequence, balance sequence including the puppet pulls and the arm sequence from the total workout. I had my HRM on during this time and was amazed that the results indicated 36 minutes in my target heart rate zone! This workout is cardio and not just toning. The exercises seem simple but it gets the heart rate up there or at least it gets mine up:) HRM also showed that I burned 377 calories! I tried not to pause too many times so that it would be an accurate monitoring. I was pleased to get toning and cardio completed with just this workout!
