On Morning Exercise

Too little sleep this week is making me crabbier than normal - I usually don't read the majority of the spark people mailers because 1 the points are just pointless... and 2 the topics have little interest to me... this morning's on morning exercise just really irritated me.

What the FUC*? Get up an hour earlier?

Oh sure -I already get up at 5am for work - so I'm supposed to get up at 4:00am? umm 4am is the day before -when the bars are just close -it's yesterday not today... 4 am and morning exercise is just not going to FUC*ing going to happen...

Making coffee, showering, making sure my shoes match are as close to exercise as I will get in the morning before walking a mile to the train...

    I didn't read that article, but now I am going to have to!! I am lucky that with our recent move I am now only 15 minutes away from work - so I don't have to get up till 7:30 to leave by 8:10 to start at 8:30 - so getting up earlier would be doable - but it sure isn't an automatic - before we moved I was leaving for work before 7am so yeah, no way I was going to get up at 5 to have time to workout

    I can't even imagine what 4 am looks like little alone exercising at that hour! Yipes!
