I really need to exercise on a regular basis and stop eating after 8:00 pm at nights. I find that this would really help but sometimes it can be hard to try and drop this dirty habit. I am on summer break now and I have decided that I am going to really work hard at it. I went to aerobics on monday and today did an hour each day, took an hour break and went on to some water excercise for another hour. I am really going to work at it because I need to see changes by the end of my summer break. I plan to do an hour of aerobics again tomorrow.
