I am was pretty excited today when I got on the scale at the gym and saw 177. It is good to see that just by making little changes I can loose so much. I think drinking all the water has helped the most. Since I have been tracking my calories I realized just how much I have been eating at work. I decided just yesterday that I will start bringing my lunch/ dinner to work. And when I work the morning shift bringing cereal instead of eating a 400 calorie muffin. I would like to spend more time working out. I have been doing calisthenics most days but I would like to do more cardio. Over all I think I am off to a good start and hope to continue. The best part is I dont feel like Im starving and Im not spending 2 hours a day at the gym like I was in the army.
