I am not here to advocate this diet, because I know that it isn't the natural or best method to go, but it's what I chose to do. and I'm just telling my story. What works for me, may not work for you. If a tummy tuck, or gastric bypass or lapband surgery works for someone,encourage them, don't discourage them. Don't hate! Congradulate! Its not the way you lose the weight, but the fact that you lose it, and in order to maintain it, you develop a lifestyle of healty eating along with exercise. No matter what method we use, we all know that ultimately, we still have to exercise and eat right!
So anyways, I started the B12/Lipovite Weightloss Program last Thursday, and I've already lost 5lbs! Lipovite helps the body to metabolize fat and Vitamin B12 which is an essential for helping to form new, healthy cells in the body,also boosts energy, helping to increase activity levels. The program also includes appetite suppressants if necessary. The Diet consists of 5-6 small meals a day, spacing the food out every 2-3 hours in small portions so that the metabolism continues to speed up.

Food to avoid: For the next 21 days you are not allowed to have any breads, pasta, potatoes, baked goods, rice, corn, wheat, or beans. Avoid sugar and anything containing high fructose corn syrup during this phase.

High Sugar Fruit: Cherries, Grapes, Loganberries, Kumquats, Pomegranates, Mangoes, Pears, Pineapple, Banana, Prunes, Figs, and Dried Fruits should also be avoided

Low Carb Fruit: Cantaloupe, Rhubarb, Berries, Watermelon, Melons, Tomatoes, Apricots, Grapefruit, Guava, Lemons, Limes, Oranges, Papayas, Peaches, Plums, Raspberries, Tangerines, Kiwis

Drink: 1/2 gallon-1 gallon (64-128oz) of water per day! Coffee and Tea sweetened with Stevia

Preparing your food: Pack light meals to take to work or travel. Suggestions: "Tuna To Go" packs, grilled chicken breast cut into cubes, mixed veggie packs, apple slices, chicken or seafood salad or small house salad with fat free dressing

*Average weight loss obtained on this program is 10-15lbs per month
