I have been ignoring this site deliberately since last July. I have gained some weight but have actually made some significant progress. I've learned to like excercise. The secret for me is to stop if I'm not having fun. I'll do something else, or try again tomorrow. Now that excercise is fun, I'm happy to do it and I feel OK about writing down what I'm doing. Writing down what I'm doing makes me want to see some improvement.
Also, my oldest has just graduated from H.S. and this has made me feel more relaxed about life. I'm logging my food intake, trying new recipes, and managing my portions!
