I made peanut butter today!! I had no idea it was so easy and so quick.
2 cups roasted peanuts
1-1/2 tsp peanut oil
blend in food processor until the peanuts are thoroughly chopped up or a ball forms. If you want add a small amount of sucunat or agave nectar. Put in jar and keep in the refrigerator.
Nothing funky in your peanut butter (partially hydrogenated oils, HFCS, etc). Simply peanuts, oil and possibly a sweetener.
