Well, I decided to add a couple of new moves to my routine. I feel pretty comfortable with the basic plus routine, so I added the lunge sequence and the arm sequence from Teresa's total workout routine. I know that she suggests doing the exercises in sequence, however, I decided that surely it wouldn't hurt to include the arm exercises today. I would really like to lose an inch from my upper arms and tighten them up some more. I got some pretty good definition from Joyce Vedral's definition dvd, however, I would like leaner upper arms.
This has been pretty easy to learn from the instructional dvds, however, I am glad that I also have the book to refer to. It takes both for me, because I want to get the form correct so that I can see the results that she promises. I guess this is where my perfectionism can actually come in handy for a change:)
