NEAT update

I'm doing at least 10 mins of NEAT walking on the tmill every day, but my motivation has dropped off since taking the book back to the library. I was getting an hour or so...although counting workout time, I could still be that high, on some days. Having a tummy bug for a couple days (and it was mild, thankfully) didn't help.

I remind myself that doing too much is not good for my hip bursitis. Anyway, here's my NEAT report for the last week. Fri - 10 mins, Sat - 20, Mon - 15, Tues - 10, Wed - 25. Not near enough, especially since I have some really good books to read :-)
