It's been a great 4 weeks. I made it! I feel like I just won a race and basically I did. A race to a healthier lifestyle. Eating right, feeling good about life, exercise and eating right. Each day builds on the day before and like blocks you can slowly see what you are making.
Had another great day.
CALORIES GOAL 1200-1400 Actual 1155
CARBS GOAL 40-60% of calories Actual 34.5%
PROTEIN GOAL 10-35% of calories Actual 33%
FATS Goal 20-35% of calories Actual 32.5%
Still within my ranges that I have set for myself. Others may have different goals.
Today I reached my limits on my carbs, fats and Protein but could still hve eating calorie wise. If I stay within my Calorie limit but go over slightly in other areas does that still count as ok. I should think it would as long at the fats, proteins & Carbs were not way out of line? What do you Think?
Curious and what is the correct answer?
