~*Be the kind of woman that when your feet hit the floor each morning the devils says

I found this quote I just love it.

Be the kind of woman that when your feet
hit the floor each morning the devil says
"Oh Crap, She's up!"

Waiting for the repair guy today. Been hard just getting on spark to log my food. I have to keep trying over and over. Sometimes takes 20-30 mins for one page to load.

Other than that waiting on Doctors to call me with appointment times. One is the eye doctor. As of late I have been having some vision problems. I know part of it is due to my blood sugars. Waiting on the Nurse practictioner to come out so I can argue about my thyroid level. It was 4.2 and new guidelines say .03 to 3.0 She told me on the phone that it was fine. I disagree. Was rather funny the regular doctor is out sick with the flu.

Have a Wonderful Wednesday.

~*~*~Time~*~*~

Imagine there is a bank that credits your account each morning with $86,400. It carries over no balance from day to day. Every evening the bank deletes whatever part of the balance you failed to use during the day.
What would you do? Draw out every cent, of course! Each of us has such a bank. Its name is TIME. Every morning, it credits you with 86,400 seconds. Every night it writes off, as lost, whatever of this you have failed to invest to good purpose.

It carries over no balance. It allows no overdraft. Each day it opens a new account for you. Each night it burns the remains of the day. If you fail to use the day's deposits, the loss is yours. There is no going back.

There is no drawing against the "tomorrow." You must live in the present on today's deposits. Invest it so as to get from it the utmost in health, happiness, and success! The clock is running.

Make the most of today. To realize the value of ONE YEAR, ask a student who failed a grade. To realize the value of ONE MONTH, ask a mother who gave birth to a premature baby. To realize the value of ONE WEEK, ask the editor of a weekly newspaper. To realize the value of ONE HOUR, ask the lovers who are waiting to meet. To realize the value of ONE MINUTE, ask a person who missed the train. To realize the value of ONE-SECOND, ask a person who just avoided an accident.

Treasure every moment that you have! And treasure it more because you shared it with someone special, special enough to spend your time. Remember that time waits for no one. Yesterday is history. Tomorrow is mystery. Today is a gift. That's why it's called the present!

~*~*~Life~*~*~

Life is too short to wake up with regrets.
So love the people who treat you right.
Love the ones who don't just because you can.
Believe everything happens for a reason.
If you get a second chance, grab it with both hands.
If it changes your life, let it.
Kiss slowly.
Forgive quickly.
God never said life would be easy.
He just promised it would be worth it.

I am only as strong as the coffee I drink,
the hair spray I use and
the friends I have.

To the cool women that have
touched my life. Here's to you!

Yes, I'm up! Cute quote! The bank account analogy I've seen many times but it is still true today. And the section on life makes me look at my world with fresh eyes. And here's to you, my special friend, emoticon !

I loved the joke! I have to send it to my little sister.

The quotes gave me a lot to think about, and using the bank as a reference to the time we have is priceless.

Thanks for the inspiration

OMG - I LOVE the quote - that's something to aspire to, huh?

Thank you for sharing the inspirational thoughts - they're just what I needed this morning. Hope your computer issues get worked out. Maybe you can re-boot the nurse practitioner at the same time???
