I'm almost at the one month point -- and am finding this approach to tracking food and exercise very helpful. More than half way to my goal weight: it's slow but steady -- and feeling confident that I will get there.
I am a slow learner so it took me three months and a half to start tracking the food. The fitness was easier as soon as I started doing them I began tracking .The food just couldn't find how to do it.
job!! It is the best feeling to accomplish weight loss goals. We always knew the answer as to how but this is the best method. You rock! Keep up the tracking and exercise and we will reach the finish line!!
Tracking my food..and for me Fat....Sodium and Carbs has been very helpful for me...if not the Key to finally dropping some weight!! Of course finally getting my Behind in Gear,.....has helped also...lol....you are on the right Track!!!
Good for you, I too will be approaching my 1 month anniversary with SparkPeople. It has been a wonderful journey so far with awesome people like you. Keep up the good work, you will be crossing that finish line soon.
