Steps *are* exercise!!!

Didn't sleep well. Both of my calves cramped early this morning. I need to remember that 8230 and 19522 steps require stretching too. Funny, if I'd gone to the gym I'd have stretched, or even walked 30 minutes on my treadmill.
I count them, they represent minutes and calories. Silly Robin, steps are to stretch!
