While I was doing lunges on Friday my knee did something really funky. it felt like my knee cap moved and then I had a sharp pain all around my knee cap for the entire weekend. I could barely walk without stabbing pain and hobbling around work today didn't help at all. I went to the doctor after work today and found out that my knee cap displaced. He shifted it back in which really hurt. I have to be on crutches for at least a week and can't exercise. I'm trying to think of ways to exercise for the next week that doesn't involve knees. I was thinking of swimming and at least doing crunches and arm workouts. If I can't do anything I"ll go nuts!!!!!
I just hope that I don't gain this week. Maintaining would be ok but I'd really really like to lose and finally go below 172. I"m sick of seeing my ticker stuck at that number. I"m going to work really hard to eat only the minimum calories and drink lots of water. Maybe I'll still be able to lose a little!! Fingers crossed!!!
