Today is day 6 on my diet, with the help of Spark peole, this site, I've watched what I eat, counted calories, something I've never done before and have been trying to walk more. It's been in the 100's here so I've used my treadmill the last two days and can feel the differance already.
Thank you My Spark, you've lit up my SPARK!
