This comes from 12-step Programs but it will apply to Sparks also.
All of these could really mess up your best intentions. Eat you six small meals a day so you won't over indulge. Anger can be a good thing if you recognize it and decided if you Can do anything about it and do it. Loneliness, that is what us SPARKS are for, support and understanding. Tiredness can also make you fail. I am to tired to cook or I just want to stop and grab something. Just think before you act...do not react!!!
