making progress!

Today a co-worker said that I am starting to get slimmer around my waist. This sort of almost makes me want to start taking a tape measure and keeping track of my progress. Almost. Maybe in another month.

In other news, I walked 3 miles Thursday and a little over 2 on Friday, preparing for a Relay for Life event on Friday PM - I am obligated for a minimum of 4 miles, but I think I can do it!

PS - two of my last 3 meals have involved pork. Usually I would say blecch. When eating something served to me rather than a made-at-home meal, I am a lot less finnicky. BUT last night I had grilled tenderloin that was to DIE for and today's lunch was a simple roast pork medallion option that I really enjoyed. Opening yourself up to new options isn't as scary as I once imagined!
