Well, I took some time away from Sparkpeople.com but I'm back. I'm a school teacher and was stressed out with end of the year activities, but now I am ready to refocus. I haven't changed any on the scale, but I have been feeling very guilty about my food choices lately, so I am going to start tracking them again. I still work out with strength training three times per week and do cardio at least four times, but I am feeling blah. Hopefully signing back into Sparkpeople and tracking again will get me back to feeling YEAH!!!
