Here is a list of my goals for this month...
1. Do cardio/strength training/physical activity AT LEAST 5 times a week.
2. Limit the amount of weekly trips out to eat to only 2 times...including weekends (whew, that'll be tough)!
3. Incorporate more vegetables, and as tough as it is, fruits into my diet!
4. Enjoy having a summer vacation!
