The title says it all.
I keep my Goal Calories the same but adjust daily for Cardio which burns calories.
The increased Strength Training is what makes my weight fluctuate. But I am tackling the Lunges and Squats seriously now to firm up my legs. I managed to do 30 Walking Lunges yesterday as well as about that many regular Lunges. Did Squats intermittently during the day.
Mind you, I will never have 18 year old legs - heck, I didn't have them when I was 18! But if I can get my jiggle under control a little more, by golly I will at least try.
