What a gorgeous day. I got lots of things done. We went to Kohl's, they had one of their big sales on shoes and sneakers. I got a pair of New Balance cross trainers. After that we went for lunch to TGIFriday. I had a Strawberry Fields Salad with balsamic dressing minus the chicken and a big glass of unsweetened iced tea. When I got home, I figured out all the ingredients in the salad I had for lunch and put it into my SP recipe book. After that, I went to Giant and got some low fat Greek style yogurt as well as a few other things that I want to incorporate into my diet. It was a great day for "movement".
