All of my hard work this week is going to be weighed and measured tomorrow. I have been working out 2-3 x a day. i have been watching what and how much i eat! today is going to be a challenege. i worked out with the wii active this morning and now off to a graduation and then to a graduation party afterwards for pizza and pop. both of thoe things i should not eat. i might just have a slice of pizza and throw a salad in there!! According to my old scale i was at 198! i bought a new scale and it weighed me at 203.6! thats a big difference! so this week i have been focusing on getting back to 200! i have worked really hard this week!If i can accomplish a couple pounds off this week, i will have proven to myself that i can do this!
