Doing Well!

Saturday, June 06, 2009

I finally feel as if I am getting back on track. I've lost 10 of the 55 pounds I gained when I stopped smoking. It's the lowest I've been for over a year. I've been real busy around the house which helps with not eating as much as well as being good exercise. But it leaves me with less time to chat with my Spark Friends. Rest assured though I haven't forgotten any of you!

    Hi Jeff
That quit smokin thing isn't easy. I quit numerous times in my life time - only to gain weight. I finally did win the smoking battle. Its been over 10 years since I quit smoking, but now I continue to fight the battle of the bulge. I wouldn't go back to smoking for any ammount of money. I have to admit I find myself grabbin for a cig every now and then - it usually happens at the end of the month when I am sitting and doing my finances - lol - wonder why that is.

Well good buddy, you hang tuff. We will get thru this together.

Don't forget you were part of the winning baseball Team at our STOP Team. I need your home address to send your reward. I made your packet up special being you are our only guy on the team, so don't dissapoint me the opportunity of sharing this with you.

Have a healthy SparkPeople Summer. MA

Gald to hear you are finding your groove again.

I have been riding the Pittsburgh trails and using the bike or walking whenever possible for errands. Weather is so nice to do things outside.

Keep on keepin on,

John
