I Guess This Is Progress . . .

Well, I may not be shaking up the scale but I can notice that my clothes are looser (a little) and I have noticed an increase in flexibility. Now if I can just get the night time eating under control, maybe . . . just maybe . . .

    That is the first thing people noticed with me was I was walking taller and easier, don't get discouraged and keep challenging yourself.

    Congratulations. I think sometimes we put too much emphasis on the scale. Having the clothes fit looser, is a huge accomplishment.
