General uptick in mood

Tracking my nutrition and exercise plus the support from other Spark people is definitely having a positive effect on my mood. I'm a cheerful type anyhow: but this is a good place.

Took some measurements today -- lost inches (neck, hips, waist) indicate incremental improvement.

    The tracking is so important and amazingly it is the only thing that works for most of us.

    Glad you are in your happy place. I'll get my dog walk in through Temptation Alley this morning, with a bike ride this afternoon.

Agree that tracking + support = progress.
