So, I'm having a hard time with Protein. If I'm in my calorie range, I'm also usually good on Fiber, Fat, and Carbs as well but under on Protein. If I hit my Protein mark, I'm often over on Fat and Calories. I know incorporating more beans might help, but we aren't huge bean fans so I'm trying to do this SLOWLY but SURELY? What recipes have worked well and won over your families? Especially the pickiest of eaters?

Another good choice is to add some cottage cheese. If your don't like the curds or the flavor, add some yogurt and blend it in the blender till smooth.

I was having the same problem. When you run your daily report it gives suggestions for upping protien. I have added more protien by drinking plenty of milk. There's lots of protien in milk. Also, try adding an egg to your breakfast routine. Adding some peanut butter to a celery stick for a snack is also a great way to add protien. These are some simple suggestions that have helped me make my protien goals.
