So, I'm having a hard time with Protein. If I'm in my calorie range, I'm also usually good on Fiber, Fat, and Carbs as well but under on Protein. If I hit my Protein mark, I'm often over on Fat and Calories. I know incorporating more beans might help, but we aren't huge bean fans so I'm trying to do this SLOWLY but SURELY? What recipes have worked well and won over your families? Especially the pickiest of eaters?
