so a lot has changed since the last entry

I ended up not joining the army in the end. I was injured while in training and relieved of my committment. I am happily married now and living in London.

I havent really been keeping up on my weight since I left ROTC. My husband and I have decided to live healthier. We are planning to exercise at least twice a week and eat fewer calories than we burn. I was reading an article online that most cravings only last 8-14 minutes. Thats doable for me. I can control myself for a few minutes even if it seems like hours. The website also suggested drinking a glass of water and having a protein snack. I found a few nut bars at the natural food store by our house.

So this is the start of a new healthier us.
