ok so I officially weighed myself this past Wed. I was at 203.4 for a total of 8.6 pounds.. I lost a total of 4.75 inches. the most being my waist at 2 inches. A big 0 on my hips
Hopefully that will come with time. Still staying motivated I took 2 days off at the gym Wed and Thurs and returned today. Right now I am doing 5 days in a row at the gym for hour to 1.5 hours. I think all in all it was a good first week. I do not expect to loose that every week nor do I really want to, I am worried about what my body will look like if I loose it to fast. One of my new goals is to eat around the same amount of calories everyday. I jump around some. 2 days in a row I will eat 1100 then I will jump up to 1600 which is well over what I am aiming for. I am wanting to stay around 1200 the most.
I know I can do it this time.. I just have to keep seeing the new healthier skinner me at the end of the tunnel.
