It's official...I am now in the 130's!!
Weighed on Wednesday and was 138.8 and still holding today
I'm still low-carbing with the Go Lower plan and it's obviously working for me, along with my new elliptical/bike.
I'm using it 5 days a week, Monday-Friday while watching Biggest Loser UK at 4pm in the afternoon, which is a great time for me exercise wise.
One more day and I've also completed week 3 of P90X, which I do in the mornings.
I really need to get some dumbbells to use, because even though you can do almost everything with resistance bands, which is what I'm using right now, I do prefer hand weights. I feel with bands I can never get them even, meaning the same resistance on each side.
I also want a pull up bar, but that can wait for now....one "treat" at a time hehe.
We are still working on the house, bedroom is almost complete, just got to find the right border for the walls now and that's finished.
Second bedroom/my exercise room is looking much better now the tools have all been taken out.
Kitchen is painted, cupboards moved, dishwasher plumbed in.
Just tiling on the walls and new flooring to do.
Not sure what hubby will find to do when it's all done.
Can't believe we are almost halfway through 2009 already!
Time is really flying!
