Update on Maintenance progress.

Friday, June 05, 2009

Ok, so it wasn't the best week and yet it was!

My weight started climbing again and reached 125.8 emoticon
I checked and double-checked and even triple-checked but my calories were "right-on" so I just kept going and exercising.

I have started doing Squats and even finally was able to do Lunges, just not as many - I can do 6 at a time on each leg! So I know I am making muscles and this will raise my weight.

Yesterday it finally went below 125 again, only 124.9 but it feels awesome! Will it go back to 122? I believe it will, but again this is still "One day at a time".

I believe in me. I believe in SP. Together we can all make this happen.

Hugs y'all,
Linda

    Linda,

You have done amazingly well. I am sure you know it, but I feel your frustration. Just keep at it, and good things will continue to come!!!! You never cease to amaze me!!!

Hi Linda, Definitely one day at a time. This style of living is all about the baby steps we take each day. Keep at it and have fun,

Always positive! You are an inspiration. The scale went up for me almost a pound today and the only reason I can think of is salt. I had more salt yesteday than I do normally. Bummer! But you've made me feel better and I know ... I just have to keep pushing on and the scale will go back down. emoticon

Happy Friday,
Laurie

It can be frustrating to see the scale going up while sticking to our meals and fitness plan.
Keep on being consistent and your weight will stabilize for good!
I believe in you too!

You know this will happen but you are continuing to make the changes necessary to stay on track. You are my hero.

You are probably building muscles but oh, we hate to see an up number on that old scale.
Keep on working because toning muscles is a very good thing. My clothes fit so much better even if I don't see a loss. That's all part of the lifestyle. emoticon
