Wow three days into June and so far aside from having sweets(good old TOM) I've not done too badly so far, though didn't do any crunches yesterday.

I've done 361 steps on the Interim challenge for the Limes team! Yay me! I've been horrible at doing the intermim challenges and hoping I can get into doing those.

I did (even with the sweets stay) in my calorie range the past three days, however I'm back to my old habits of not getting enough protein! And even with the sweets, my calories were in the low portion of my calorie range. I see I'm going to have to make myself eat more again. Oh today I didn't have any sweets aside from my daily soda. Since I seem to be really migraine prone lately no reason to give myself a headache. But so far less than 20 ounces a day! Yay!

Ok, I'm off to do a few more crunches to end my day. Have a good evening or day!

    Awesome job! I hear you, I am having a hard time keeping up with the steps too, there aren't really any steps that are in my day so I might just skip it cause I need to work on other stuff and not take too much on my plate! Way to go though, sometimes I get migraines from caffeine too, so I understand! Keep it up!
