I find that people refer to big girls differently than they do for other people. They say "Oh you have a nice figure (for a fat girl)." "That purse looks so good for a girl your size." They always have to add that little bit, indicating that you'd be even better if you weren't so large.
It's extra hard now, as I think large clothing can fit a wider range of sizes. I hope that when I get smaller, even a small loss (such as ten pounds) will force me down one or two dress sizes.
I don't think weight ALONE is the key, as some people have larger or slighter bone structure than others, and some people get more muscular. We all are different, so it's hard to say that ONE WEIGHT is the absolute perfect weight for me. Especially as BMI is a fairly flawed system of measurement. We don't have the technology yet to effectively measure these things.
