Finally Lost those Pesky 5lbs from Spring Break!

I can't believe that I could gain 5 pounds in two weeks of goofing off and then take a couple of months to lose them. Wow. I didn't think I'd ever see the scale move again. I've been working out like a mad woman and doing really well at keeping my calories in check. I've made a few adjustments lately - making sure to get more protein and fiber. That coupled with the more normal sleeping schedule since the end of the semester a couple of weeks ago seems to be paying off. I will definitely not be taking a two-week break from exercising and watching what I eat again. It's just not worth it! Summer session starts next Monday. Ugh.
