I am making a pledge to myself to make time for Spark in my life. I have packed 15 lbs back on from my lowest and am digging in my heals. This is the beginning of a new chapter in my quest for health.
My Hubby was laid off back in November and I have been working 2 part time jobs on top of raising 2 teens and a toddler.
My muscle is slowly turning into flab due to lack of serious cardio. I have just gotten lazy.
1st step...I met with a personal trainer and he is setting up a routine. I think he means to "Biggest Loser" my a$$ which is both exiting and terrifying. *grin* So, I'll most definately be increasing cardio and strength.
2nd...Post to my team pages weekly.
3rd..Tracking my food. I've got to do this or I can forget everything else because when it comes down to it...Tracking=Accountability.
4th...the hardest and most important...I must pry my head out of my A$$!
