Beginning a New Challenge - WHEW!!!

I'm thinking of an old gospel song my mother used to sing; "No, no, no! I'm not tired yet!" You'd think that after 30 days of intense workouts and challenges I would be ready for a rest. But, no, I decided to follow in the footsteps of one of my Boot Camp teammates.
I was reading the final posts of the boot camp members and ran across a post that mentioned a team that is devoted to fitness challenges. I went to the site, checked out the forums, and decided to join.
The Quick Fire Challenge Team's fitness challenge for today was to do 100 pushups in four or five sets of 20 or 25 throughout the day. I amazed myself by meeting the challenge and look forward to tomorrows.
