JUNE - JUMP, Utilize NOW Everyday

Jump, Jump off your tush and into your goals. Make sure your goals are specific and trackable. Be sure you know what you want and be ready to jump through whatever hoops are in the way and DO IT!!!

Utilize the tools you have. Our team is here to support each of us. Utilize the food and exercise trackers. utilize your status, your blog and even try new spark recipes.

NOW, We have stalled enough this year. It is our Year to SHINE... I am going to jump in now. Its ok that this has not been the most productive year so far. IT CAN BE NOW...

Everyday is a new day. Everyday we make new choices in food, exercise and attitude. Use positive affermation, Everyday take time to update our team and see how quickly we can make progress.

SOOO JUNE is time to make changes and see our goals and dreams become reality. I am here for you. I also will add that if we keep each other on track it keeps us on track.

Hugs and prayers that you all jump on board and give me the push that I need as well.
