I have been on the Spark's site since February and not getting much success in changing my eating habits. This month i am going to get myself closer to goal through proper portion control and tracking more faithfully.
I will stop beating myself up, if I miss a few times.
I aim to lose 1/2 lb a week.
I am doing Curves 5x a week and that is a plus and the two week-end days, i plan on walking 2 miles.
This is my June assignment.
