Wow, I am just pathetic. I have got to get back in the saddle again. This might help...DH says he needs to lose 15 lbs. I helped him set up his program with Sparkpeople. He is a pretty healthy eater, but he needs to exercise. That will be the hard part. He would rather be in the garage working on his car. LOL

    And hubby working on his car? You mean he doesn't squat up and down all the time while he's doing that? :)

    Actually, if he's on board with the working out, it could work out well for BOTH of you to have each other for support and accountability! That may just be the extra zing you need!
