I cheated this weekend (-1)...so I would like to say sorry to my body...sorry, but at least I worked out hard! (+1), it looks like I'm about even. :)
I am looking forward to getting out of work today and working out, I am trying my new Jillian Michael's video and I am going on a 5.8 mile hike too! I can't freaking wait! I also have a FANTASTIC lunch, grilled veggies on a skewer (tomato, red and green pepper, onion and green and yellow squash) and some blackened chicken. I feel so special!
I did not lose any weight last week and since I didn't do too well eating this weekend I probably won't do as well as I hoped for this week but the meals I have planned out for myself are very healthy and as long as I stick to those and work out then I will be doing the best I can. Currently I am in between pant sizes so I am hoping to get into a 6 or 7 (depending on brand) by the end of this month, that gives me 4 weeks of hard work and healthy eating to meet my goal...I am also a bridesmaid in a wedding on the 27th so I would really like to look my best for that!
I just can't wait to get out of work today so I can work out...I just hope that my motivation lasts through the day!
